Control the Climate, Save Energy and Take Care of Your Health - Main Features:

• Air Temperature and Humidity Measurement: The device precisely measures and displays two key parameters:
  • The current temperature in the room (in °C or °F - to choose from).
  • Current relative air humidity (in %).
• Unique Optimal Conditions Indicator (Thumb Icon): This is the most interesting feature! HygroThermo Coach analyzes temperature and humidity simultaneously and shows with a thumb icon:
  • Thumbs up ? (Temperature): When the temperature is within the recommended, energy-saving range of 17°C - 20°C (ideal for the winter heating period).
  • Thumbs down ? (Temperature): When the temperature is outside this range (too low or too high, leading to discomfort or wasting energy on heating).
  • Thumbs up ? (Humidity): When relative humidity is within the optimal range for health and energy efficiency of 40% - 60%.
  • Thumbs down ? (Humidity): When humidity is outside this range (too low - unhealthy for the respiratory tract; or too high - encourages the growth of mold and dust mites and requires more energy to heat the air).
  Thanks to this, you can assess at one glance whether your home climate is "eco"!
• Temperature and Humidity Trend Indicators: The device also shows with arrows whether there has been a significant increase (↑) or decrease (↓) in temperature (by more than 1°C) or humidity (by 3% or more) over the last hour, or whether conditions are stable. This helps to observe the dynamics of climate changes in the room.
• Help in Saving Energy on Heating: The awareness that air with too high humidity requires more energy to be heated, and that maintaining the temperature above 20-21°C in winter generates significant costs, allows you to make more rational decisions regarding heating and ventilation, which leads to real savings.
• Clear LCD Display and Easy Operation: All information (temperature, humidity, thumb icons, trend indicators) is presented on a clear LCD screen. Operation is as simple as inserting the battery and possibly switching the temperature unit (°C/°F).

Usage Directions:

• Open the battery cover on the back of the device and insert one new AAA alkaline battery, paying attention to the correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover.
• Use the °C/°F button on the back of the case to select your preferred temperature display unit.
• Place the device in a representative location in the room, avoiding direct sunlight, heat/cold sources, and places with particularly high or low humidity (e.g. right next to a humidifier/dehumidifier) ​​to obtain reliable readings.
• Observe the indications and thumbs up icons to assess whether the room conditions are conducive to comfort and energy savings (optimal: both thumbs up!).
• Remember the recommended ranges: winter temperature 17-20°C, humidity 40-60% RH.
• If necessary, clean the housing with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid corrosive substances.
• Replace the battery when the display becomes dim or unclear.
